Server (Artisan Frozen Dessert Shop)

A laid back frozen dessert spot in Pererenan known for great flavours, good music, and a warm, welcoming vibe. We're looking for a Server to help keep the floor running smoothly, delight guests, and be part of a fun, fast paced team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and keep the atmosphere warm and friendly.
• Uphold consistent standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Keep the floor and service area organised and running smoothly.
• Support food preparation, restock toppings, and maintain presentation.
• Manage the cash register and handle payments accurately.

Requirements:

• Completed SMA/SMK or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality.
• Quick on your feet and comfortable multitasking.
• A warm, upbeat personality that puts guests at ease instantly.
• Confident communicating in both English and Indonesian; strong spoken English is required for regular interaction with international guests.
• Hands on attitude, willing to help wherever needed.
• Tidy, organised, and detail oriented.
