Hospitality Venue | Uluwatu, Bali A well-established café and dining venue in the Uluwatu area is looking for a Barista to join its growing team. The venue offers an all-day dining experience, combining quality coffee with a diverse menu inspired by Asian, Indonesian, and European cuisine. With a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the team is focused on delivering consistent quality and a memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly
- Prepare the bar station and ensure sufficient stock throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Support other daily operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic bar operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented and professional
- Good command of English
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
