CALL CENTER AGENT

Role: Executive Services Specialist I Salary: PHP 18,000 (non-negotiable)

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Strong English communication and active listening skills. Good attendance and punctuality Strong work ethics Call center or customer service experience is preferred, even if it's under a year. Billing and collections experience is a plus. Able to work with targets and manage tough conversations confidently. Good typing skills and familiarity with basic computer tools. Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays. Willing to work on-site (Capital Town, City of San Fernando, Pampanga)
