Head of Financial Analysis

Lead the Financial Analysis function and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial models, and business performance reports.

Monitor financial performance, variances, profitability, and key financial indicators.

Provide management with accurate analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Conduct financial and business analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial analysis and reports.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis.

Experience in the Food & Beverage / Food Manufacturing sector is preferred .

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.

Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
