Qualifications/Requirements: What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or a related scientific discipline Proven experience as a soap formulator or in a similar technical development role within the cosmetics or personal care industry Strong knowledge of soap ingredients, their properties, compatibility and regulatory restrictions Proficiency in formulation and laboratory equipment commonly used in soap development Experience with stability testing, shelf-life studies and quality assurance protocols Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot formulation issues effectively Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentation Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly formulation practices is advantageous
