Job Duties: Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts

Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team

Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective

Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management       

Other ad-hoc duties may apply

Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related field.

At least 2 to 3 years of relevant recruitment consultant experiences.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
