Our Client, one of the leading and reputable healthcare organisations in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Patient Care Executive – Industrial Accidents. They are located in Singapore – easily accessible via various modes of transport. Benefits Summary

Responsibilities Manage industrial accident cases from initial enquiry through treatment coordination, documentation, billing and case closure.

Collect and maintain relevant patient, injury, employer and billing information.

Coordinate clinic referrals, specialist appointments, transportation and follow-up treatments.

Liaise with patients, employers, clinics, insurers, brokers and claims adjusters.

Support WICA-related documentation, medical reports and insurer follow-ups.

Requirements Relevant experience in industrial accident cases, WICA claims, healthcare case management, emergency care or insurance claims.

Working knowledge of Singapore’s WICA processes.

Familiarity with foreign-worker documentation.
