CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

• Lead and manage HDBconstruction projects from project commencement to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, andoversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor projectprogress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients,consultants, architects, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all works arecarried out in accordance with project specifications, HDB requirements, andBCA regulations.
• Manage projectdocumentation, progress reports, and site meetings.
• Candidates must havesuccessfully completed at least one HDB BTO project as a Project Manager
• Perform any other dutiesassigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of construction project managementexperience in Singapore.
• Must have provenexperience managing HDB residential construction projects.
