Senior Accounts Executive (MYOB/Audit required) | S$4,500 basic + bonus

Senior Accounts Executive Salary : $3,500 - $4,500 Basic + VB Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Location: Tuas Avenue, Singapore 639107 About the Company Our client is an established Singapore-based Fire & Gas safety solutions provider , looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join its finance team. The Senior Accounts Executive will manage end-to-end accounting operations , with a strong focus on AP, AR, GST, taxation, month-end closing, and audit matters . The successful candidate should be hands-on, independent, detail-oriented, and proficient in MYOB . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) , including invoice verification, approvals, payments, and supplier reconciliations.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) , including invoicing, ageing reports, Statements of Account (SOA), and collection follow-ups.

Prepare and submit GST returns and other statutory filings accurately and on time.

Support corporate tax computations and liaise with external tax agents.

Maintain accurate General Ledger (GL) entries and support month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for internal and external audits .

Liaise directly with external auditors and provide the required information and documentation.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

Use MYOB for day-to-day accounting operations and reporting.

Support ERP-related activities and system improvements; Odoo ERP experience will be an advantage.

Assist with improving accounting processes, internal controls, and system workflows.

Perform other finance and accounting duties as required.

Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline .

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience .

Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, GST, taxation, and month-end closing .

Good audit experience, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors .

Proficient in MYOB is essential.

Experience with ERP systems , particularly Odoo.

Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
