Accounts & Finance Executive (MYOB) – Up to S$4,500 + VB | Tuas | 5 Days

💰 Salary: Up to S$4,500 Basic + VB 📍 Location: Tuas Ave 11 🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm 🏭 Industry: Fire & Gas Safety Your Role Manage daily AP and AR operations , including invoices, payments, billing, reconciliations and collections. Handle GST and statutory submissions accurately and on time. Support corporate tax matters and liaise with tax agents when required. Maintain GL records and assist with month-end and year-end closing. Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audits. Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters. Manage accounting transactions using MYOB and support ERP-related activities. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls and systems . Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline . 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience . Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, GST, taxation and month-end closing . MYOB experience is essential. ERP experience required; Odoo is an advantage . Good Excel and reporting skills . Audit experience and auditor liaison experience preferred.
