IT Business System Analyst (Up to $6k)

Location: Tampines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)

Join a dynamic organisation as an IT Executive, supporting business applications and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support business applications, systems and IT-related projects to meet operational needs.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand issues, identify solutions and improve system processes.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL queries and relevant BI tools.
• Manage and follow up on IT incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Support application platforms such as SAC, Servigistics and Power BI, with training provided where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system support and issue resolution.
• Perform other IT-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in IT application support, business analysis or a related IT function.
• Familiarity with SQL queries is required.
• Experience with at least one IT ticketing/service management system ; Freshworks experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAC, Servigistics or Power BI is advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
