Flow Manager (Aerospace)

Monday - Friday Loyang AWS + VB Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational flow from disassembly through pre-kitting. Monitor WIP, production priorities, manpower and daily performance. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and turnaround time. Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams. Driv e Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor productivity, quality, delivery, lead time and labour utilisation. Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions. Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and production personnel. Maintain strong shop-floor discipline, safety and operational standards. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field. 5+ years of people-management experience preferred. Manufacturing or MRO experience required.
