Corporate Sales & Events Executive / Coordinator

Our client is looking for 2 energetic and service-oriented individual to join their  Sales & Events team . This is a varied role combining  sales support, corporate client servicing, administration and event coordination . Depending on experience and strengths, candidates may take on a more  sales-focused portfolio with commission , or a  sales administration and events support function . Responsibilities Handle corporate/client enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities

Prepare quotations, sales orders, proposals and invoices

Build and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients

Coordinate orders, deliveries and customised requirements

Liaise with warehouse, logistics, suppliers and internal teams

Support the planning and execution of corporate/private events

Assist with event setup, guest engagement and on-site operations

Coordinate stock movement, displays and event materials

Maintain sales records and assist with post-event documentation

Support other sales, marketing and operational activities as required

Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, proactive and comfortable multitasking

Confident interacting with clients and people from different industries

Comfortable supporting events and being deployed on-site when required

Experience in  sales, customer service, events, hospitality or sales administration  would be advantageous
