Financial Counselling Associate Executive #HDC

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Counselling Associate Executive to provide professional financial counselling support and assist clients in understanding available financial assistance options. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a service-oriented environment while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial counselling and guidance to clients regarding healthcare financing options and available assistance schemes
• Assess clients’ financial circumstances and provide suitable recommendations based on their needs
• Process and manage financial assistance applications and related documentation accurately
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective case management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on assigned cases
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service experience

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Relevant experience in financial counselling, customer service, healthcare administration, social service, or related fields will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and administrative skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment
