6 Months Finance Operations Analyst (Accounting) | Central | Up to $4200 #NKA

Location: Marina One

Duration: 6 months contract

Salary: Up to $4200 + 0.5 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Process third-party payments accurately and ensure timely accounting of transactions.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and journal entries for month-end closing.
• Manage monthly staff claims processing.
• Ensure financial transactions are properly accounted for and comply with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting, payment and audit matters.
• Support finance process improvements, system enhancements and other projects.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure timely resolution of finance-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of finance operations/accounting experience, preferably within a financial institution or MNC.
• Good knowledge of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and liaise with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of insurance products, fund accounting and Oracle would be advantageous.
