$3100/month Patient Service Officer #EST

Job Scope: • Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services

• Attend to phone, online, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care
• Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management
• Handle billing, payments, and third-party claims accurately
• Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing
• Identify and escalate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff
• Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Provide administrative support including reporting, filing, and inventory coordination
