1 Year contract Senior Facilities Technical Officer - $3.5K to $4K #HKH

a. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) To perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the supervisor.

b. Electrical Maintenance To troubleshoot electrical fault, reinstate power supply and provide recommendation to prevent recurrences.

c. Air-Conditioning Maintenance To troubleshoot air condition fault, reinstate air conditioning system back to normal and provide recommendation to prevent reoccurrence.

d. General Building & Equipment Maintenance To do the repairing burst water pipe, mechanical work, medical gas system and other related facilities equipment.

e. Maintenance Documentation Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation for all maintenance activities.

f. Contractor & Vendor Management g. Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination

Requirements Min NITEC with minimum 2 – 3 years building maintenance related experience Working hours Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm But it is subject to duty roster.
