Shipping Executive | Up to $4.2k | 1 year contract

Responsibilities: Manage and monitor customer orders and shipments from order receipt through final delivery Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with internal and external stakeholders Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers Identify and follow up on shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues Investigate shipment exceptions and coordinate corrective actions and recovery plans Act as a key contact point for customers and stakeholders on shipment status and operational matters Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and company guidelines Maintain accurate shipment records, reports and system updates Monitor service levels and ensure customer KPIs are achieved Support process improvement, digitalization and operational efficiency initiatives
