Engineering Technician (East, Flexible Shifts)

Set up and support semiconductor test equipment for engineering and production activities. Perform test program loading, correlation, reject verification, and test hardware preparation. Execute device characterization, sample screening, and reliability testing support. Troubleshoot and sustain test equipment to ensure optimal performance and production readiness.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test operations, equipment support, or engineering environment.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor test equipment, including ATE testers, handlers, probers, thermostream systems, or bench test equipment .
• Knowledge of ATE platforms is preferred; experience with Advantest V93K (93K) testers and HTOL/reliability testing support.
• Able to work flexible shift schedules, including rotating 3-4-4-3 shifts, staggered shifts, and night shifts as required by business needs.
