Job Description & Requirements Perform daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the stall ⁠Carry out mise en place (ingredient preparation prior to service) ⁠Heat up and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards ⁠Prepare fresh salads and maintain quality, taste, and presentation ⁠Handle customer orders, process payments accurately, and provide efficient service ⁠Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards of the stall in compliance with SFA regulations ⁠Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper sanitization Perform stewarding duties including cleaning, organizing, and waste disposal ⁠Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing ingredients when required ⁠Responsible for opening and closing procedures ⁠Support with menu preparation, supplier coordination as well as operating the POS and online ordering systems.⁠ ⁠Support the team in maintaining overall cleanliness and safety of the workplace
