*RC Dental* is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic in NW Calgary. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented *Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)* to join our supportive team. If you enjoy providing excellent patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

*Schedule*

• Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm
• 30+ hours per week
• *No evenings!*
• Friday and/or Saturday shifts may become available in the future

*Responsibilities*

• Assist the dentist during examinations and a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, prosthodontic, and orthodontic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient environment
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Maintain patient records accurately using ClearDent
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns during visits
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols

*Qualifications*

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Experience with ClearDent is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of infection control procedures and sterilization techniques
