What will you do?

Establish performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s vision, effectively communicating these to team members to ensure everyone understands expectations and can work toward common objectives.

Organize workflow and ensure that the banking agent team clearly understands their roles and targets to optimize efficiency, reducing confusion and increasing productivity.

Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.

Address and resolve complaints from the direct reporting team to build trust and maintain high team morale.

Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records to ensure fair treatment and accountability.

Prepare and submit performance reports on team progress to provide valuable insights into achievements and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Make decisions regarding rewards and promotions for the financial services and representatives teams based on performance metrics.

Train new employees to build a strong team with the necessary skills and knowledge, contributing to a collaborative and capable team that can achieve organizational goals.

Skills description

What will you need?

Educational background: University graduate from any discipline (business or related field).

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the same field.
