Raya Trade, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an accountant.

What will you do?

Responsible for collecting transactions (cash and cheques) and recording them in the Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules

Responsible for cheque clearance and handling bounced cheques in the AR module

Ensures the recollection of bounced cheques

Responsible for processing debit and credit memo transactions in the AR module

Verifies Accounts Receivable ending balances

Responsible for Accounts Receivable and General Ledger reconciliation

Monitors the application of payment terms and customer credit limits

Responsible for balance confirmations for sister companies

Manages customer guarantee cheques and letters of guarantee (LGs)

Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills description

What will you need?

Good knowledge of accounting principles

Awareness of Egyptian tax regulations

Ability to solve any internal financial problem or external problem with the suppliers
