Montessori Teacher

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons using Montessori principles and materials. Foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of pupils. Create and maintain a prepared classroom environment that encourages independent learning. Observe, assess, and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management. Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support each child's development. Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Montessori certification or formal Montessori training is an added advantage. 2–3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori school. Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom practices. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A patient, creative, and nurturing personality. Must reside in or be willing to commute conveniently to Lekki, Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN 230,000 Gross Monthly
