Equipment/Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

Track and maintain records of equipment, tools, and assets.

Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization to project sites.

Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.

Plan transport and delivery schedules for materials and equipment.

Monitor shipments and resolve delivery delays.

Prepare manifests, waybills, and delivery documentation.

Reconcile fuel usage, vehicle logs, and transport costs. 

Requirements:

B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Transport Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in logistics, fleet, equipment coordination, procurement, or supply chain operations.

Good knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control, and equipment documentation.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in engineering, construction, Oil & Gas, or industrial projects is an advantage.
