As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will connect with small business owners across the United States, learn about their financial situation, introduce them to potential solutions, and help qualified prospects take the next step with our team. We provide quality leads, proven systems, hands-on training, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Contact U.S. small business owners through outbound calls using company-provided leads
• Identify prospects' needs and financial challenges
• Educate prospects about our debt restructuring and settlement services
• Build trust and maintain professional conversations with business owners
• Schedule consultations, collect required documents, and coordinate closing calls
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales and/or call center experience
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners by phone
• Financial services or debt settlement experience is a plus
• Motivated by goals, performance, and professional growth

Compensation

• Paid training: $100 USD
• Commission based on enrolled debt plus commission for submitted deals
• Additional monthly performance bonuses
• $250 USD weekly bonus for 15+ hours of talk time
• $300 USD weekly bonus for 20+ hours of talk time
• Commissions and bonuses paid weekly

Earning Potential

$18,000–$23,000 MXN per month, with top performers having the opportunity to earn more. This is more than a sales position. You'll develop valuable sales and financial-industry skills while helping business owners find solutions during challenging situations. Commissions and bonuses become available after successful completion of paid training.
