HR Senior Trainer

• Conduct Line Leader Training, Elite Program, and other internal training courses.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and ensure trainees understand all course content.
• Prepare and improve training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support HR training and employee development activities.
• Other works assigned by the manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field. Good language expression and communication skills, with some teaching experience. Willing to engage in education and training, good at receiving and using new technology and new methods to implement training, working conscientiously and responsibly. Received the TTT-Training to train or professional trainer licensed by other education and training institutions. Working experience with professional knowledge background about Line Leader training / other training more than 4 years
