CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)

• ESG & CSR Management

Coordinate integrated team efforts in corporate social responsibility, focusing on ESG topics such as RBA, CDP, and SA8000. Support the development and implementation of ESG and CSR strategies aligned with corporate goals.

• Policy Development & Compliance

Develop and maintain CSR policies and measurable objectives. Monitor performance to ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and customer requirements.

• Audit & Supplier Assessment

Conduct client audits under CSR and RBA guidelines. Perform annual supplier audits on RBA standards covering labor ethics, environmental practices, and occupational health & safety.

• Community & Government Relations

Collaborate with external stakeholders to support community engagement and government initiatives. Participate in projects that strengthen corporate reputation and social impact.

• CSR Events, Employee Engagement & Media Design

Organize internal and external CSR activities, including sustainability and employee engagement programs. Design visual communication materials including posters, videos, and other media to support CSR and ESG campaigns.

• Complaint Management & Employee Welfare

Handle employee and external complaints related to factory or community impact. Support welfare committees and facilitate meetings to address employee well-being.

• Training & Awareness

Conduct employee training on RBA, ESG, and ethical labor practices. Promote awareness of sustainability, social responsibility, and compliance standards across the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or related fields, or in English / Humanities / Literature. Knowledge of environmental management, sustainability practices, and corporate social responsibility frameworks. Proficiency in designing visual communication materials, including posters and videos. English proficiency with TOEIC score of 500 or above. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
