English Teacher Special Needs

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
2. Experience teaching English, preferably through private tutoring or home visits.
3. Familiar with the Cambridge International Curriculum and its learning approach.
4. Experience working with or supporting Special Needs students is highly preferred.
5. Able to adapt teaching methods and learning materials to the student’s individual needs, abilities, and learning style.
6. Patient, caring, creative, communicative, and student-oriented.
7. Able to create a comfortable, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
8. Strong English communication and teaching skills.
9. Able to communicate effectively with parents and the academic/admin team.
10. Willing to conduct home visits in Kalideres, West Jakarta.
11. Responsible, reliable, and committed to the agreed teaching schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach English based on the Cambridge International Curriculum through home visits.
• Adapt lessons, activities, and learning materials to the student’s individual needs.
• Support the student’s English language development and learning progress.
• Monitor and report the student’s learning development.
• Communicate relevant feedback with parents and the academic/admin team.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
