Head of Supervision (Educational )

Your tasks

The role will focus on ensuring consistency in supervision, academic and operational quality, KPI performance, reporting, escalation management, and continuous development of Supervisors across different locations. This aligns with the existing supervision framework covering team leadership, operational management, educational quality, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Education.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Strong experience in managing multiple supervisors and distributed teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Ability to manage teams and operations across multiple locations and remotely.
• Strong understanding of educational operations, academic quality, and school management.
• Technical/STEAM background is highly preferred.
