We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated Mortgage Broker to join a leading, award-winning HNW financial services provider, servicing clients in the Newcastle area. You'll have access to a strong, established lead source - including internal referrals, Estate Agents, and Accountants.

Key Points: Work with a fantastic lead source – including HNW Gain experience of dealing with Private Banks and Financiers, not just mainstream lenders Hybrid set up Monday – Friday role (no weekends) Uncapped earning potential with realistic OTE £100K+ Clear career progression in a growing business Represent an award-winning brand Entrepreneurial environment

What We're Looking For:

Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience Experience dealing with HNW clientele (preferred) Proven success working with estate agency introducers Entrepreneurial, driven, and enthusiastic personality Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
