About the role

A leading healthcare provider in the UAE is looking for an experienced consultant pediatric pulmonologist to deliver specialized respiratory care for children in a well-equipped, multidisciplinary clinical setting.

Role overview

The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric respiratory conditions while working alongside pediatricians, intensivists, and allied healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and treat pediatric respiratory disorders, including asthma, chronic lung disease, recurrent respiratory infections, and sleep-related breathing disorders.

Interpret pulmonary function tests and other respiratory investigations.

Develop evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans.

Provide inpatient and outpatient respiratory care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained consultants holding a recognized specialist qualification in the relevant specialty from countries recognized under the UAE Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR), including but not limited to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

Candidates must be eligible for UAE licensing and meet the credentialing requirements of the hiring healthcare facility.
