Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary pediatric environment alongside pediatricians, pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, speech and language therapists, audiologists, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced diagnostic, surgical, and inpatient facilities.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, airway, head and neck.
Perform pediatric ENT procedures including adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, myringotomy with grommet insertion, endoscopic airway procedures, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other pediatric ENT surgeries within scope of practice.
Assess and manage pediatric airway disorders, recurrent ENT infections, hearing disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, congenital neck masses, and pediatric voice and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with pediatrics, neonatology, pediatric surgery, audiology, speech therapy, radiology, and other specialties to deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
Provide parents and caregivers with clear counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, postoperative care, and long-term management plans.
Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, surgical protocols, clinical documentation, informed consent, infection prevention, and international quality guidelines.
Requirements

American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery with Pediatric ENT Fellowship
UK CCT / FRCS (ORL-HNS) with recognized Pediatric ENT Fellowship
European Board / National Specialist Certification with Pediatric ENT Fellowship
Royal College Certification (Canada)
Australian FRACS (Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery)
Arab Board
MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognized specialist qualification with Pediatric ENT training/fellowship
