Senior Graphic Designer

Company Description We are We Motion, a creative agency and production company that has more than 10 years of experience and currently needs a creative design lead who we will place fully dedicated to our client, one of the largest multinational insurance companies in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Sr. Graphic Designer at PT Wijaya Media Komunika in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for leading and managing creative design projects, developing creative strategies, branding initiatives, and writing creative content.

Qualifications

• Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio of key visuals and campaign work across

multiple platforms

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to guide and maintain the quality of creative outputs within the team
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suites) and adaptability to AI tools to enhance workflows
• Extensive experience in branding, advertising, and digital design with at least 5 years in the creative industry
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising or related fields
• Proven track record of delivering innovative visuals that align with brand strategies

Other Key Details

• Salary range 7-9 million per month
• You will work for one of the largest multinational companies in the financial industry (insurance) and placed in Jakarta (Sudirman)
• This position requires diciplined time management to start work at 9 am
• Work From Office
• This is a 3 month contract position, with potential to extend
• Candidates must have ther own devices (laptop) and sofware such as : Adobe Creative Suites, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & so on to support the daily job.
