Creative Design Lead

• Creativity Skills and Creative Strategy
• Communication and Branding skills
• Experience in leading creative design projects
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
• A talented individul able to craft high quality creative materials with innovative concept
• Proven Leadership skills to manage direct/indirect team for ongong projects & campaigns
• Experience supervising production for video shoots, events & photo sessions
• A solid understanding of basic copywriting, with the ability to collaborate effectively with our copywriting team
• More than 8 years experience in the creative industry especially in Design area, with over 3 years in a leadrship role as a design lead, head of design or art director

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field Other Key Details:

• You will work for one of the largest multinational companies in the financial industry.
• This position requires disciplined time management to start work at 9AM.
• We offer a hybrid working arrangement based in Jakarta (4 days in the office. 1 davs work from anvwhere).
• This is a full-time contract position through 2025, with potential to extend.
• Candidates must use their own devices and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and so on
• Salary range: start from IDR 10-14 million per month.
