AI Prompt & Productivity Specialist

We are looking for an AI Prompt & Productivity Specialist who can leverage Generative AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and business efficiency across Werkudara Group. You will collaborate across MICE, Event, Creative, Leisure, Sales, and HR to develop practical and impactful AI solutions.

____________ Responsibilities:

• Create, test, and optimize prompts for various AI tools.
• Develop AI workflows, prompt libraries, and automation to support business needs.
• Support Sales, Creative, Event, HR, and Operations teams in leveraging AI.
• Develop AI-assisted solutions for proposals, content, research, presentations, and reporting.
• Research and explore emerging AI tools and technologies.
• Conduct internal training and help improve employees' AI literacy.

____________ Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar AI tools.
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI.
• Creative, analytical, solution-oriented, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with AI automation, no-code/low-code tools, or API integration is a plus.
• Background in Event Management, MICE, Hospitality, Creative, Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
