Finance And Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
2. Prepare and review accurate financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
3. Manage group financial consolidation and ensure timely and accurate consolidated reporting.
4. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax planning and reporting activities.
6. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA) are an advantage.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven experience in financial reporting under IFRS and group financial consolidation.
4. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IAS 37, and other relevant accounting standards.
5. Previous working experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is highly preferred.
6. Proficiency in Mandarin is one of the primary requirements for this position.
7. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in Active Mandarin for Professional Communication.
