What You’ll Do
- Monitor and handle production machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Support machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement.
- Work with PLC, sensors, motors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and other automation components.
- Analyze machine problems and find practical solutions.
- Support machine installation, setup, and improvement projects.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Help improve machine efficiency, productivity, and reliability.
- Maintain proper records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (D4/S1).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Interested in machinery, automation, PLC, and manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of PLC is a plus.
- Able to read technical drawings and understand machine systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a factory/production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
