Human Resources Officer

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR Management, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Preference given to candidates with at least 1-2 year of experience in HR or office administration.
• Understanding of labor regulations and industrial relations fundamentals.
• Experience handling employee compensation and a solid understanding of payroll processes.
• Ability to handle employee conflicts and issues judiciously while maintaining professionalism.
• Have pre opening experience (preference)
• have experience to manage EDABU, SIPP, etc
• Strong communication, coordination, administrative, and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and capable of maintaining company data confidentiality.
• Meticulous, agile, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• able to join immediately
