Leasing Deputy Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing or related field.
• Min 5 years experience in shopping mall/ retail / commercial property leasing.
• Capable of developing & executing leasing strategies to meet occupancy & revenue targets.
• Have an understanding of the current market and submarket conditions.
• Ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the market.
