Job Description We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, interacting with guests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct/seat guests and serve food and drink orders, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with the washing and drying of laundry items when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, laundromat floor, equipment and guest areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Stock and organise inventory of bar, seating and laundry area and report any shortages.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role; experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and steam irons is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Good organisational skills and able to multitask while keeping strong attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
