IT Support Engineer Intern

Kanggo is a technology company in the construction and home improvement industry, providing an integrated platform for repair, maintenance, and renovation services. Founded in 2020, Kanggo connects customers with 2,000+ professional workers across Indonesia.

Job Description:

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, applications, and system-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and maintenance for laptops, PCs, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Assist with application troubleshooting, including basic bug identification, debugging, and simple bug fixing.
• Perform data retrieval and basic SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and operational needs, as well as assist with basic database troubleshooting.
• Perform basic API testing and troubleshooting using tools such as Postman.
• Monitor, document, and follow up on reported technical issues, including troubleshooting steps and solutions, until they are resolved.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand and resolve technical and system-related issues, and assist the IT team with other technical and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, including laptops, PCs, local servers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Familiar with SQL and basic database queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of application troubleshooting, bug identification, and debugging.
• Ability to quickly understand and accurately interpret the company's business data flow.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Golang, React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Familiar with basic API troubleshooting and tools such as Postman is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
• Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
