Supervisor Finance Accounting & Tax (Hospitality - Jkt Timur)

Role Description This position is part of our Hotel & Property business unit and is offered on a contract basis with on-site placement in Matraman, East Jakarta. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to hotel and property operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Accounting & Tax, including 1 years in a supervisor role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, and both internal and external audit procedures.
• Ability to analyze financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience with Accounting Software tools.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and team management skills.
