Process Improvement & SOP Specialist
About the Role
PT Sukses Sentosa Esnusantara is looking for a Process Improvement & SOP Specialist to help us build a more structured, efficient, and measurable operational system.
This role will work closely with different operational functions to understand actual processes, identify problems, develop SOPs and work instructions, implement improvements, and monitor their effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who does not only know how to write SOPs, but can analyze processes, identify root causes, implement improvements, and build practical systems that work in the field.
Responsibilities
- Map and document operational processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplication, and potential human errors.
- Develop and improve SOPs, Work Instructions, checklists, and forms.
- Create process flows and workflow documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with supervisors and operational teams to implement SOPs.
- Monitor SOP implementation and identify gaps between procedures and actual practices.
- Develop process KPIs and monitoring tools.
- Prepare improvement reports and recommendations.
- Conduct regular evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Perform direct observations in production, warehouse, delivery, and other operational areas.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Engineering background is preferred, especially Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process, Operational Excellence, SOP Development, QA/QC, or Operations.
- Proven experience developing or improving SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to create process mapping and flowcharts.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Systematic, detail-oriented, critical thinker, and highly responsible.
- Willing to work hands-on and conduct field observations.
