On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for a position as detailed below: Scrum Master – Banking Industry

Job Description

• Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring full adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Act as a servant leader by coaching development teams on Agile mindset, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement in delivery quality and team velocity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, sprint prioritization, and clear definition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and report sprint progress, risks, and dependencies using Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and sprint health indicators.
• Drive Agile compliance within banking projects by aligning Scrum execution with regulatory, security, and governance requirements typical in financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven involvement in banking, financial services, or payment system projects.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), and servant leadership practices.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent for sprint tracking and reporting.
• Available to join ASAP (Early January 2026) with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
