QA Manual (AS400) - Baking Placement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Coordinator, QA Engineer, or Software Tester.
• Hands-on experience in AS400 / IBM i environment.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.
• Experienced in preparing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Experienced in coordinating SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and System Testing.
• Able to coordinate testing activities across QA, Developer, Business/User, and other technical teams.
• Experienced in defect tracking, prioritization, monitoring, and resolution coordination.
• Familiar with AS400 applications and database, including basic knowledge of DB2 for i / SQL.
• Able to monitor testing progress, identify testing risks/issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodology.
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, or other test/defect management tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
