Junior Finance, Accounting, Tax

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Equivalent
• Minimum 6 month - 1 year working experience as Accounting Staff
• Understand the basics of taxation, preparation of financial statement.
• Understand and be able to operate Accounting Software
• Should be able to speak and write English language.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Should be hardworking, creative and possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Understand and make financial reports accurately, on time and understand COGS

Job Description :

• Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance.
• Controlling and managing the Purchase of Raw Materials
• Check bills and make recaps and ensure payment
• Checking transaction data input correctly
• Sales Reconciliation and daily income
• Inventory management and Month end stock taking
• Basic Administration
• Can work with team / individual
• Able to work under pressure and prolonged working hours
