FOH Staff (Server, Cashier, Barista)

Responsibilities: Server: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, serving products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Cashier: Handle customer transactions, manage POS operations, assist with product inquiries, and support smooth front counter operations. Barista: Prepare beverages according to SOP, maintain product quality and cleanliness, and support efficient daily café operations.

Requirements: Server: Experience in F&B/service café/restaurant, Good communication and customer service attitude, well-groomed appearance, Basic English communication Cashier: Experience as cashier in café/restaurant, Basic understanding of POS system and payment methods, accurate, and detail-oriented Barista: Experience as barista in café or bakery, Customer-oriented attitude, Experience operating espresso machine, Latte art/basic coffee knowledge
