Intern Finance Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and oversee end-to-end Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow).
• Project Governance: Lead the financial administration and reporting for Ministry/Government projects, ensuring full compliance with official regulations.
• Treasury & Banking: Monitor and manage Bank Loan Plafonds (Credit Limits) and maintain professional relationships with banking partners.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Creative Industry (Agency, PH, or EO). You must understand the "rhythm" of production and project-based work.
• Government Project Exposure: Proven track record in managing financial billing and reporting for Ministry-profile clients.
• Technical Mastery: Solid expertise in financial statement preparation and familiarity with Bank Loan facilities.
• Start-Up Mentality: We need a builder, not just a maintainer. You must be proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
• Leadership: Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, and the ability to lead a small team.
