Account Manager

Qualifications:

• Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Previous experience as Sales/Account Manager/Business Development in the IT industry is highly preferred.
• Confident and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with CRM tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of IT products/services is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions with company products/services.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
